Yes — free phone diagnosis and honest flat‑rate quotes before any work begins. You only pay once we're there, you see the problem, and you agree to the price.
How quickly can you arrive?

What tools do you use to unclog a drain?
A professional cable machine (snake) clears most clogs. For grease, sludge, or tree roots, hydro jetting — a high‑pressure water jet that scours the pipe wall — is the right tool. We'll tell you which one the line needs before any work begins.

Recurring backups usually point to tree roots, grease buildup, a pipe sag (bellied line), or a cracked section. A sewer camera inspection is the cleanest way to pinpoint the cause so you're not paying to clear the same clog twice.
How long does a typical drain cleaning take?
Most clogs clear in 30–60 minutes. A main line with roots or a camera inspection usually runs 1–2 hours. You'll get a time estimate before we start.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes, at least for the arrival and pricing. You point us to the problem drain or cleanout, see what we find, and approve the flat‑rate price before we start. After that, you don't need to watch us work.
Do you leave a mess behind?
No. Drop cloths go down before we work, boots come off or get covered, and we wipe down the area before we leave. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there.
